Chewy chocolate fudge-A devil's choice!

This is my 25th post and wanted to post something sweet . These days i don't much bother about making anything sweet because i am already sweating out my self in the gym and definitely need to watch my waistline. I envy people who can eat anything not gain weight at all.I know a handful of such people. As far as my observation goes men can lose weight more easily than women been true in case of my husband. A week at the gym and regular rotis and salads and the kind of foods i have been blogging about have been my real menu. He has lost all ways in pounds ,inches and is sure a winner at home. He uses the community facility for the gym and i pay for this fancy gym, go about almost all the machines but haven't lost an inch or a pound. The inference in fact is one big question mark. May be the tail piece is he loses weight without losing money which i would say is more prudent.  So above all that i said now, my husband flicked away several pieces of this fudge and gobbled it away.Man what sweet tooth he's got.! I can only manage to glare at him while i write this post and in turn he is popping one more of the goody in to his mouth!
Now once you make this fudge you will not stop eating, so don't chide me for posting it. For one thing it's a breeze to make and next it surely fights depression and makes u pop one after the other. No wonder i call it a Devil's choice! I urge my friends to take this as a warning because i know many of my close pals are chocoholics. Anyway you are the best judge, try it,feel it and experience it for yourself

Ingredients

500 gms semi sweet chocolate
14 oz condensed milk
75 gms unsalted butter
1/2 vanilla essence

Method

Make chocolate in to small bits, cut the butter in to small pieces. Heat the chocolate, condensed milk and butter in a big pan and stir continuously in low heat. When it is mixed up smooth switch off the stove and add the vanilla essence. Beat the mixture now till it thickens and pour it in to a greased bake pan and refrigerate it till it hardens. When done if u can tip it off to a board and cut it, it is good otherwise you can also scoop it out and serve.
